Shipping

Shipping typically takes 7-9 business days after purchase, but can be much quicker, depending on location and shipping preferences selected at checkout. Shipping dates are only an estimate and are subject to vary. A tracking number will be sent once item has been shipped.

If you notice any issues concerning your order status or have any questions, please email orders@thegoodneighb.com.  

For International Orders:

The Good Neighbor is not responsible for any customer fees or duties associated with international mail.

Returns / Exchanges

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged full-priced items may be returned/exchanged within 14 days from the time of purchase. Items must be returned in new condition; free of stains, pet hair, smoke smells, etc. Customer will be responsible for paying return shipping. Once the item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued or your new item(s) will be shipped on The Good Neighbor's behalf. 

Exchanges on international orders will not be processed unless customer is willing to pay shipping expenses.

All sales, promotional, and discounted items are final and ineligible to be returned/exchanged.

If there is a mistake with your order or you’ve received a defective item, please email orders@thegoodneighb.com within 3 days of receiving the item.

When returning/exchanging items, please email orders@thegoodneighb.com with the following information:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) being returned/exchanged, including size
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Item to be exchanged for (when applicable)
